Blackwell Brook Group was founded by Bethany Thacker, a behavioral health executive with experience building and scaling national, tech-enabled clinical systems across digital health and value-based care organizations. Bethany brings experience not only designing clinical models, but building and scaling them within real-world, high-growth environments.

Her work focuses on designing and scaling clinical systems that improve outcomes, reduce utilization, and align care delivery with product, data, and financial performance.

Prior to founding Blackwell Brook Group, Bethany held executive leadership roles at high-growth digital health organizations, where she led enterprise clinical strategy, scaled national clinical programs, and partnered closely with product and data teams to build integrated, tech-enabled care delivery systems.
